Mac The Moose
Mac was “born” in 1984, the brainchild of former tourism supporters from the city. His main job was to lure visitors into the city and his duties pretty much remain the same today.
The Tutor Jet
2009 marked a milestone at the Visitor Centre when a CT-114 Tutor Jet, painted in the colours of the Snowbirds, joined Mac the Moose to beckon travellers in from the highway.
